Return Policy
DIANAMIC® guarantees all our products for 100% quality satisfaction.
Stock products returned for credit must be made within 30 days of receipt.
Returns must be made with original part packaging, and the returned product
must be in a totally unused original condition.
Non-Stock special order products manufactured to customers prints and
specifications normally cannot be returned, except in the case of a quality
issue. Authorized quality returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
Products returned without prior return material authorization will be
returned to the customer. In any case, contact our office at +248 280 1185
for return material authorization prior to any and all returns.
