Standard turn around time on customer supplied steel or aluminum cores is
5 - 10 workdays. Please refer to the DIANAMIC® superabrasive size chart
for coating offset allowance information or contact our engineering department
for specific recommendations when manufacturing cores for coating offset
allowances and material choice.
Emergency Coating Service
Emergency coating service is available for customer-supplied cores for all
products manufactured in steel or aluminum. Emergency turn around time for
supplied cores is 1 - 3 workdays from receipt. There is a 50% surcharge
for emergency coating service.
